A Retrospective Analysis on Prevalence of Multiple Myeloma in Young patients with presentation of Backache

Aim: To determine the prevalence of Multiple Myeloma in young patients. Study design: Retrospective study duration: 2009 to 2020 Methodology: Thirty six patients with diagnosis out 258 bone marrows were selected for this study. All inclusion and exclusion criteria followed. Results: Results showed that disease group was mostly 4th 5th decades life primary complaint at time presentation backache. Conclusion: Patients history chronic backache should be taken seriously as it is one major complaints Myeloma. Non invasive procedures must followed by marrow examination support diagnosis.
